The ASHI Standards are the recognized “Gold Standard” of the Home Inspection industry. Established in 1976, ASHI is the largest and most respected professional association in North America, with 6,000 members.

The ASHI Standards performed by Yonaka Home Inpection Services LLC include visual inspection of the following systems:

Structural System
Inspect the visible skeleton of the home, including the building’s foundation, walls, floors and roof.

A typical inspection might take 3 to 5 hours, depending on what is discovered and the level of detail required for your report.
